OUR PURPOSE

We exist to love God and love others.

OUR MISSION

The mission of Branchline Church is to connect people to a growing relationship with Jesus.

Our Vision

The vision of Branchline Church is to be spiritually, relationally, and foundational healthy as we; pursue Jesus, share our story, and love others.

OUR VALUES

Share Our Faith

We courageously share our faith and our experiences with others. Mark 16:15 He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.”

Connect to One Another

We connect to one another as a church family through small groups and teams who serve. Acts 2:46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with full and sincere hearts.

Serve Others

We serve others in our home, church, community, and the world by giving of our time, talents, and treasures. 1 Peter 4:10 Each of you should use whatever gifts you have received to serve others, as fruitful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.

Spending Time With God

We seek God by spending time with Him through praise and worship, reading/studying the bible, and regular conversations with God. John 15:5 I am the vine: you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me, you can do nothing.

Next Generation

We invest in the next generation to advance God’s mission beyond today. Psalms 78:4 We will teach the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, His powers and the wonders He has done.

Broken People Reaching Broken People

We, as broken people, reach out to broken people. Luke 6:31 Do unto others as you would have them do to you.

OUR CORE BELIEFS

Beliefs about God

There is one living, sovereign God who eternally exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Revelation 1:8, Isaiah 43:10-11, Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 28:19)

Jesus was sent by the Father to live on earth; he was fully God and fully human, yet had no sin. Jesus willingly laid down his life and after three days, rose from the grave. In doing this, Jesus fulfilled the payment for the world's debt of sin. (Luke 1:31,35, 1 Corinthians 15:3, 2 Corinthians 5:21)

The Holy Spirit was sent by the Father and Son to convict the world of sin and to empower all who believe in Jesus Christ. He lives in every believer and is a constant helper, Teacher and guide. (John 14:16-17)

Beliefs about People

God created people in his image, and everyone matters to God. (Genesis 1:26-27, Genesis 5:1-2)

All people are sinners and need God's forgiveness. (Romans 3:23)

Those who confess and turn from their sin, trusting in Jesus Christ, will be saved by grace and become children of God, with the promise of eternal life. (John 3:16-17, Galatians 3:26)

Beliefs about the Church, the Bible, & Christ’s Return

Jesus Christ is the head of the church and all believing people are members. (Ephesians 4:15-16)

The Bible is the inspired Word of God and is the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

Jesus Christ will return and there will be a final judgment. (Matthew 24:3,37)
